SCOOP THE POOP WEEK

APRIL 26TH-MAY 2ND

Santa “Paws”

The Seminole Chamber of Commerce welcomed aPaws Board of Director, Vice President Paul Chesler on December 7th for pictures with Santa Paws. He raised $150.00 and donated the money to purchase the Pet Rescue Mask campaign.

In the event of a fire, most emergency vehicles are not equipped with oxygen masks that will appropriately cover animal snouts. A set of three pet oxygen masks can be purchased for $70.00. The donation from the event was used to buy 4 sets of masks for emergency vehicles in Pinellas County.

Paul Chesler owns Blue Diamond Pet Waste Clean-up Services and refers to himself as a “Super Pooper Scooper.” Paul donates money for emergency masks as a way to give back to the community. He is on the Board of Directors for the Association of Professional Animal Waste Specialists (aPaws), which is a national organization. His clients are dog owners who use his services to keep their yard safe, clean and disease free. Services run from as low as $10.00 a week. Since every pet owner’s situation is different, Blue Diamond Pet Waste Clean-up Services will meet with you before quoting a price. The cost depends on how often you need services, the size of your yard, and number of dogs.
